Cancellation or No Show Policy
We do our best not to cancel or re-arrange your appointments and to run to time. We really appreciate you doing the same.
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service or treatment will be charged.
It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice, but if we do we will not charge you a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, please call 01822 854403 or 07773 193842.
We appreciate your understanding — this policy helps us manage our time effectively and offer appointments to other clients on our waiting list.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Patch Testing
For your safety, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any tinting or lash treatment. This helps us ensure you do not experience an allergic reaction to any of our products.

Moor Beauty respects your privacy. Any personal information collected, such as contact details or treatment history, is stored securely and used only to manage your appointments and provide the best possible service. We never share your data with third parties.
